What happens next?
Your complaint will go to the complaint's department.
The complaint's manager will carefully review each case and will aim to reply back to you within 2 to 3 working days.
At Educare Children’s Centre we are confident in the learning services we provide, however if this is not suitable for you or you are not satisfied with our services we will give you back your money.
Before you do decide to discontinue with our services, we urge your child to try a few tuition sessions and see your child’s academic progress.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a 100% refund at anytime within 30 days of initial purchase, we cannot refund anything after the 30 days period. Refunds will be issued to the original credit or debit card provided at time of initial purchase.
